Passionate about optimization and operational efficiency, backed by 12 years of hands-on business experience. I implemented "just-in-time" (JIT) inventory management systems in over 50 locations, using data analysis to continuously optimize inventory turnover. Weekly analysis of KPIs across several hundred clients: growth, ROI, margins, inventory turnover, delivery rates, etc., to guide purchasing, sales, and client prioritization decisions.
The need to achieve operational efficiency motivated my integration of data technologies (SQL, Python) and backend infrastructures (AI MCP servers). My extensive experience made me realize that too much time is wasted on the accumulation of minor irritants that slow down the execution of tasks related to real problems. I seek to automate these irritants to advance the projects that actually matter.
I have also learned the infrastructure behind the data, from front-end to back-end. I manage my own local home server that hosts this portfolio, Docker, MCP servers, and the PostgreSQL database that powers the live dashboard in my projects section.
I am looking for a team that values operational experience just as much as modern development skills, where I can contribute from day one and grow within the company.
